I like everything except the color result but that's because I had more gray than I thought so it resulted in a ginger red with some dark streaks instead of the deeper red I wanted. Otherwise my hair feels soft and healthy. It was easy to rinse out. There's plenty of conditioning mask included. My hair is shining more now than before. I will look for the deeper red for my next application.

First of all if you don't know how to color your hair yourself, go to a professional to have it done. You can take your desired hair color with you. If you're used to coloring your own hair you shouldn't have any problems if you follow the basic directions. I buy this brand regularly!

best box dye experience I've had after nearly 30 years of coloring my hair. the product didn't have awful fumes, actually smelled nice while processing. hair doesn't feel damaged at all. no skin irritation. the included hair mask rinsed easily and didn't irritate my back skin like conditioners usually do! color is INTENSELY black. blackest black. as a goth gal I am always disappointed by the natural black I've gotten from other brands. we will see if/ how the color fades over the upcoming weeks but for $5 I don't mind touching up when needed!
