The Ultimate Scam

I ordered 1 case of 12 bags of Cinnamon Hard Candy, and I received 1 bag for $38.99 tax, the receipt stated that it was double checked by the Manager..What a joke, no telephone to complain about the order, I had to physically go to Wal-Mart to return the small envelope with 1 bag of candy..Obviously Food Concepts is not a reputable company..I e joy shopping Walmart.com because I have mobility issues, but some of their 3rd Party Vendors are not reputable and honest companies!!
