I grew up using Clabber Girl and will continue to do so as long as it stays the same. It's great is all my recipes and it even comes with it's own recipes. great for making crispy chicken wings without having to fry them. it has no flavor but it did seem to dull the seasoning used with it to coat the wings so use a little more seasoning then you normally do and you'll be good to go. you only need a small amount, I used half a tsp with spicy seasoning for 2 lbs of chicken wings
