Chuck Roast, Choice Angus Beef, Tray, Fresh, 2.25 - 3.38 lb

I was not sure about buying a roast from Walmart. But after slow cooking it in my slower cooker! It turned out excellent the taste is amazing it was tender and the protein is excellent. It's so easy just low and slow cooking basically set it and forget it definitely an excellent meat product.

The actual roast I received was an odd size and shape, and didn't look anything like the picture on your website. It was much smaller. Once it was cooked, it was even smaller still. When I tried to cut it up to serve it, I encountered many areas of fat. Once I pulled the fat off, there was little meat left. I was only able to feed 2 and a half people. I had pretty much just vegetables to serve. The really shameful part is, this piece of meat cost me $20.00.
