Christmas lights, indoor and outdoor 100 Multi color mini lights Xmas Tree Lights for Christmas Decorations, Wedding, Holiday, Party, Home UL certified 22FT

I ordered twinkling color lights for my christmas tree, but I received white lights and not twinkling lights. I am not happy about this. I ordered it because I didn't have time to go into the store and to have it delivered. Now I have to go into the store to return or exchange it last minute. I recently also ordered two square trash cans with lids and got a notification from Walmart that it was delivered and so I checked my front door step and it was not there, so I checked with my neighbors and another street address and could not locate it. I waited two days hoping it would show up, but still did not get it. I called the customer service and only got an AI answering service and I was told nothing can be done to help me since it showed delivered. I tried to explain that I checked everything I could. It was not my fault it was not delivered to the correct address. Usually it gives me a picture of my door step when it was delivered, but I did not get that image. I would think Walmart can track it on their end or something or refund it or send me another order of the trash cans I ordered. I am very unhappy about this experience and would never order from Walmart again.

I ordered Necano LED twinkle Christmas lights but received another brand that was not LED or twinkle. I tried to return the items online but the system would not let me print a return label. I had to go to a store for the refund.
