i am trying to stay away from sugar and this is the perfect treat to have to curb that candy craving or sweet tooth and the crunch is perfect. i feel like i am eating a regular chocolate candy bar. i am lactose intolerant and cant have milk chocolate but i love chocolate so this is actually better i get my chocolate fix and its(dark chocolate) good for me but you have to like dark chocolate. i didn't at first but reading the benefits i decided try it out again and at first it was an acquired taste but then after a week i found myself craving the o' so slight bitterness of the chocolate that, that is the first thing i eat in the morning 1-2 squares then 1 at night. im sure if one checked out the benefits of dark chocolate they wouldn't mind the slight bitterness and unsweetened chocolate taste, they would indulge in better chocolate choices.
