The only reason I'm giving a one-star is because I have not received this delivery yet. I was supposed to receive it today. I got notification it was on its way. Then I got notification it was delayed. Then I got notification it was returned to the store and when I spoke to customer service they told me the driver had a personal emergency so my order was returned. So they said they would give me a refund. I don't want a refund! I want my order! You cannot seriously tell me that because the driver had a personal emergency I will not be getting my order?? That is the most asinine and unacceptable answer I have ever heard. If the driver had a personal emergency then you know what GET ANOTHER DRIVER!!! So now the tracking says in transit but delayed. so which is it..on its way? returned? delayed?? Does anyone have a answer??
