Please Kellogg's nutri-grain snack bars in the blueberry flavor tastes great. They are a filling snack between meals or for breakfast. They remind me of fig Newtons in a way, but not as thick. You won't go wrong by buying these low calorie, high fiber snacks. Don't forget about the vitamins that are included!

This is a good snack for people with active lifestyles. It does have a fair amount of sugar so definitely not the best snack for inactive people, people with diabetes, or people who are watching/counting calories. I think it is a great after school snack for the kids before heading out to ball practice.
