I use a long nylon towel %26 I pump it onto towel %26 pump extra soap also %26 I scrub the towel back %26 forth on my back first %26 then the rest of my body %26 feet %26 toes. Rinse out long nylon towel to dry. Wash once a week to hang dry. Great if you sweat, get dirty, etc. Moisturize your body afterwards.
