Chief and Betapac - the best Jamaican curry blend
I make Jamaican Curry Chicken all the time (at least 2x a month) and use a blend of several other curry powders. However, a friend recommended I try substituting Chief brand for one of them and I'm glad I did. The flavor is deep and rich, and adds an exciting new taste to a family favorite.
