This 2 piece bread pan is ideal for creating gluten-free loaves, which require additional support as they rise and bake. Set includes a standard 1 lb. loaf pan with an insert to provide additional height; allowing bread to rise and bake into a nice full crown. Oven safe to 450 degree F / 232 degree C; not intended to be used under the broiler. Sharp-edged utensils and knives should not be used. Ideal Pan for Baking Gluten-Free Bread, Etc.
This is a very high-quality, heavy-duty, two-piece set that includes a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan plus an insert that allows for gluten-free breads to rise to their taller height without spilling over. You can also use the loaf pan without the insert for baking regular breads, meat loaves, cakes (yum pound cake!), etc. Since the pan and insert have such a high-quality non-stick surface, they are super easy to wash by hand. The pans are oven safe to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. too. I was gifted this product in return for my honest review.

I was gifted this item so that I could give an honest review. This bread pan lives up to the heavy duty part listed on the packaging. It's extremely durable and super easy to wash due to the nonstick as well. I like that the part for gluten free bread is an insert so that this pan can be used with out without it making it useable for a number of things. It was easy to wash by hand like the instructions mentioned (since we use the detergent pods). It is a little bulky for storage but I put the pan on top of the insert and it saves some room. I would recommend this product.
