When I read the nutrition label I said to myself "Yahoo. Something that would actually be good for me. I LOVE that these are just 4 ingredients- fruit, chia seeds, lemon juice, and dates. NO ADDED SUGAR OF ANY SORT! My niece likes them as well. They're great on sandwiches, in oatmeal, topping for yogurt, anywhere pretty much. They are a bit on the pricier side, but after year of putting my head in the sand about the garbage in much of our food, I've decided my health is worth it and am making changes as my budget allows. I truly think you'd like them and there's so many flavors😍
