Taste great!
I use these blueberries in zero sugar muffins. I plump them in water for a few hours, and they get pretty good sized. I ate a few like that and they had a crispy texture to them, not mushy like some rehydrated brands. I think they would make a good fruit snack dried or plumped up. They are not overly sweet, which is what I was looking for but gives my muffins the right sweetness. They seem to be good quality, and I have not found any hard stuff mixed in with them. Adding these to yogurt or smoothies would be a good idea or even pancakes.
