Cheer Hair Bows Iridescent AB Rhinestone - Neon Pink

Attempted to return the item with the provided prepaid mailing label from the seller. 2 days later the package was returned to me by USPS with a sticker saying they can't deliver this shipment. Reached out to seller and was told they didn't know why, had no solution, and I couldn't get a new label. So if I want my refund, I needed to mail them out of my pocket, which is more than the item even cost almost. Sketchy business practice and poor customer service.
