triple order up

I'm small. 5'7'' 120 lbs. I normally wear small bottoms. I went by the inches measurement and thought it might be safest to order a size up. The medium was tinny. I was surprised I was even able to get into it. It was so tight that it made me look like I have jelly rolls. Maybe an XL might fit me...
