Chaps Men's Thomas Lace Up Dress Shoe

I really like these shoes. They are extraordinarily comfortable. I normally wear a 9 and 1/2 but in these shoes it is a little long. They have a little extra length so you may want to go a half size down. They are extremely comfortable though. Seem to be built well. Only time will tell how well they hold up

I'm usually really apprehensive about ordering shoes without trying them on, but these are so cute in pictures, so I just kept my fingers crossed. And then when they got delivered, I was pretty scared they weren't going to fit my son, because I noticed how narrow these shoes looked. My son has feet worthy of hammering railroad ties—they're tall and beefy for feet. But, he tried them on, loosened the laces a little, and walked around and smiled. They've got a lot more cushion and padding that I would've expected from a dress shoe. He loves them. He wore them to a school dance the first night, then church and then wore them again the next day with sweats. He's 12, so I don't judge him on his style choices but so much. I'm just glad he likes them so much. They really are an attractive shoe. Dressy enough but also casual enough. They do scuff really easily, but I just told him to be careful.
