Skirt is knee length and no duppatta.

Quality is good… I didn't like the skirt(ghaghra) because it is very short. My daughter is not even three year old, she is 38 inches tall. The skirt is just 2-3 inches below her knees. The blouse is good size and fits her well. Note: there is no duppatta/scarf in this set. We only get a top and a skirt (blouse and ghaghra). It is good quality, pure cotton types. I have attached the picture and if you notice the blouse, straps are not identical. Ghaghra is stitched like this, one can't open and try it out. I just realized it's very short and I didn't even open it. Blouse is big for a three-year-old kid. Hope this helps.
