Color and design is exactly as depicted, the cut is a little shorter than I had initially thought it would be, but I actually like the look. It isn't cropped but it does hit right at the hips. I ordered a size small which the size chart recommended. If you're looking for a longer fit I would suggest going up a size. Otherwise the fit in the shoulders and under the arms is comfortable.
