Delivery was quick. The product, great! This bread flour transformed my rye bread. I needed a whole grain wheat flour to combine (50/50) with a finer ground bread flour (I used King Arthur bread flour) to balance the rye. The rye flavor isn't obscured by the wheat, and the Palouse gives it a heavenly background flavor of wheat. Also, there are tiny golden flecks from the whole grain in the finished loaf ; rustically pretty.
