Quality Sunshade; works quite well.

Quality sunshade for west end of covered patio where it is extremely hot here in south Texas. After installing/hanging, the dimensions are actually larger being 14' x 8'. Am considering buying another one for the east end of patio or as a spare should this one wear out (or tear) some time down the road.
