This River salt has a Wonderful Flavor, Salty yet not harsh, more like the gentle saltiness of the ocean water. Theresa Saldivia P.S. I have been using Celtic Salt for 10 plus years and would Never use table salt which is harsh to the tongue and insult to the body.

I've not used the Flake
I've not used the Flake River Salt before. I expected it to be flat like flakes but it's really chunky. I used it on my homemade sourdough crackers and it was delicious.
