The best all-in-one fitness supplement I've found

So I decided to try the new Sport line of Cellucor's pre/post-workout supplements as my training has become more athletic based. For example, recently, I began refocusing my training on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, with resistance training becoming more about higher volume of quality reps with form and function in mind to supplement my BJJ training. Running has become more about shorter distances with higher intensity to reduce impact over time to my joints. I train 6 days a week, 2 BJJ, 2 resistance days, 2 runs. So my supplementation serves an important function in my daily routine. The idea of how the Sport line of supplements round out a 3-step process for pre, post, and recovery all day hydration appealed to me. \n\nSpecifically regarding the Whey Sport product.... after a few weeks of using this protein, I find that the effect of feeling content with a single serving after a morning workout until I eat my next large meal (lunch or dinner depending on workout time) lasts longer. Also, the Vanilla flavour is delicious but more importantly not overly sweet like other Vanilla flavours I've tried from different whey proteins. It's an appropriate amount of flavour and doesn't leave an awful mouth feel that artificial sweeteners often do. As per usual with Cellucor products, the powder mixes well with water or any dairy-based mix. I look forward to trying other flavours when I run out, but so far, the Vanilla is a hit.
