I tell you what if you want a tea to knock you out this is it! I struggle with insomnia and melatonin doesn't do anything to me but one cup of this tea and I'm out for the entire night. The flavor isn't too tart I will say the ginger is a bit strong in it but I think with it being mixed in there's a nice balance of flavors just go into it expecting it to taste like natural herbs

I love the flavor, I've been drinking this for over a year now it just soothes and relaxes me. The sticky part you have to open to get to the delicious tea rubes my teszture issues wrong. You can put it in a tea jar. You can't beat the price either. I'd say go for it if you like tea and want to relax before bed
