I drink a big mug of this every night before bed and man has it made a difference. I was skeptical, but it does really help me fall asleep. It smells heavenly and has a mellow, minty taste. The eco friendly packaging makes me feel good about how much I drink too.

This works. I drink this on nights I can't fall asleep, and it helps. It doesn't knock me out like a pill, but more helps lull you to sleep once I start trying. These have valerian root, the plain sleepytime tea doesn't help me unfortunately. I did notice some daytime groggy effects the next day, but I think thats lessened as I use it. The flavor is decent, and this big box is a better value than the small one.
