Soothing, calming, with great flavor

I love the distinctive flavor and aroma of this tea. It's a great treat for when you'd love a warming cup in the evening, but don't want the normal tea caffeine to bother your sleep. I'm not sure if the ingredients promote a better sleep for me, but the act of brewing a cup, inhaling it's delightful scent, and enjoying the delicious flavor sure put me in the mood to enjoy a good night's rest.

I work the midnight shift at a local hospital. I have trouble sleeping only on the days that I work. Even though I have been on this shift for going on 5+ years now, I still have trouble sleeping during the day. About 6 months ago I discovered this product and it has helped immensely.
