This, along with a dash of honey, seems to be the only thing that keeps my wife from coughing up a lung during the middle of the night. Since returning home from a nearly year long stay in the hospital due to health issues, her allergies have really kicked up, and during the long hot summer days and nights, with the fans and air conditioning on 24/7 it's nearly impossible to keep the house dust free.

So when I decided to make a change to lessen my caffeine, I thought tea might be a good choice. The Lemon Zinger is what the name implies - loaded with lemon! I don't have to add anything like I do with Green Tea or Earl Gray (my favorite).
