Good but not great!

The Black Oxide drill bits wee rated as one of the best for hard steel, but I could not get them to drill through an especially hard steel bed rail. Had to revert to a carbide tipped masonry bit! The bits should work nicely for common metals, and having the 1/2" bit is a plus. The storage case is also nice.
