I was hesitant to purchase this fleece jacket set, even though I got it on sale, because I worried it might feel cheap and flimsy or only have fleece on the outside. For size reference, I'm 5'5” and 146 lbs. I ordered a size small, and it fits perfectly. The pants aren't too short, and the fabric has a bit of stretch. Highly recommend!
