Right for most, but not for me

The chair was missing 1 allen wrench, 6 screws and 9 washer (it was supposed to have 2 allen wrenches, 9 screws and 9 washers, so that's a pretty big deal!). The lumbar support, although adjustable was not adjustable to a comfortable level for me 6'3". However, it was perfect for my 5' 1" wife. The chair will be returned.

Dissatisfied

The first one came in with missing pieces which I had to go through a process of retuning it. The second finally came in and began making noises and was very uncomfortable causing me back pain. I have not had to this day any assistance on trying to get a refund or replacement. Im very dissatisfied with this product.
