Roomy Trike for a Big Toddler
We only got this trike yesterday but it's everything I had hoped for! Our 2.5yr old is big and already in size 5T clothing but not ready to pedal/steer on their own on busy sidewalks. They have outgrown another grow with me trike as the seat was too close and the pedals made their knees bump on the handles. Really like that the parent handle steers the bike, the pedals can be turned on/off depending on your kid's preference. The parent handle is also very roomy, easy to steer and so far very comfy (no annoying screw holes in the plastic). So far it's great for what we need, the seat is big and not rounded and small so kids sit well on it. The safety harness is a nice feature for them to have too. Also the majority of the bike is all metal frame with some plastic parts so it's really sturdy for a big kid and I hope we get a few summers of use out of it!
