Thank you Nature's Bounty for offering the 1 mg melatonin (Puritan's Pride stop selling it). For some people a dosage of 0.3 to 0.5 g is most effective, a pharmacist told me that the human brain is supposed to only have 1 mg of melatonin anyway.
