Doesn't work

This has a really weird flow, it's weak and uneven. While trying to figure out why I realized it's plastic! For the money that is ridiculous. Really sad because now I'm going to have to pay a plumber to install one that doesn't match.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed with the quality and performance of the Delta tub spout. The tub spout flow should be around 5-6 gpm ( gallons per minute at 80 PSI.
