I'm beginning to miss sugar less and I've tried a couple of other low or No-Added sugar cereals that I did not like at all tried mixing them in my yogurt didn't even like them in my yogurt. But for my toast this is very good ! More than I need to spend but when you've got diabetes you have to watch your diet!
