King Oscar Wild Caught Skinless & Boneless Sardines in Olive Oil 4.38 oz

Simple quality ingredient: sardines! Makes it easy to get healthy protein into your diet and doesn't seriously screw up marine life or our ecosystem (so far as I know). Beneficial for both bones and karma, haha. Flavor, taste, smell are as expected because, y'know, they're sardines. Not the fanciest seafood, but these are a good size in a decent package.

So many people eating carnivoire are raving about the health benefits of sardines, but the bones were always a huge turnoff for me. When I came across these I was eager to try them, and I'm pleasantly surprised. This is the first time I have tried this brand, it is a good sized portion, I mix with organic mayonnaise and herbs and eat it like a tuna wrap. Taste is good!
