Useful, but not totally accurate

It's ok but made of plastic. Not totally accurate, won't stay calibrated. Yes, this is a cheap caliper, but there are ones made of metal that are at as inexpressive at least that are sold at the tool store everyone loves to hate that is more accurate. Obviously, if you need precise measuring, you'd want to buy something like a starrett for a few hundred bucks. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
