My 2 boys absolutly love these shakes. we grab them in the morning before achool or on the go any ither time we dont have time to sot for a full meal. sometimes my boys will choose a shake and some snacks or fruits and veggies with it as a full lunch or breakfast. my oldest son absolutly loves these in the morning before school. i wish they were cheaper honestly...but they make a HUGE difference to my kids. My oldest was suffer from low weight due to a medication he was taking. After about 4 months of these shakes with breakfast . He gained 20 pounds. Worth it! 10/10 would reccomend.
