The RIDGID® BC210 Top-Screw Bench Chain Vise holds pipes without scoring the edges. A single crank tightens the hold over pipes measuring from 1/8 inch to 2-1/2 inches in diameter. The base is made of cast-iron, so it will not move while you work. The crank does not require an external tool to tighten the chain. It comes with a built-in handle that completes the job. The chain uses a neoprene coating to protect your pipes from damage while it holds everything in place. This Ridgid chain vise attaches to your workbench and comes with a rest that doubles as a bending tool. When you need to create an angled bend in your conduit, the pipe chain vise holds your material in place as you apply pressure on the desired segment.

The finest bench pipe vise out there

I have several of these vises at different shop locations. This vise is easily the best bench chain vise I've ever used. It is exceedingly well made...heavy duty everything, I can't imagine this vise ever breaking. It's very well thought out and easy to use. If you want the best bench chain vise, look no further.

I'm an amateur DIY guy. Needed to thread 1/2” gas pipe for an outdoor grill and the pipe kept slipping in a bench vice. This chain wrench solved that issue. Zero slipping. The thing is solid. On a silly note, it looks cool on a bench in my amateur opinion.
