Umm maybe I used it wrong.
I made some barley tarts and I use a recipe that I normally use and maybe because I never cooked with or baked with pure barley flour before, it did not rise. It was very sandy. I'm not sure if that's my fault or the brands fault, I'm gonna blame myself because the flour itself seems to be a very good flour. Maybe I just don't know how to work with barley flour.
