At age 82 with arthritis, cutting with knives has been increasing difficult and laborious. These knives slice thru things like butter, even thick sandwiches and meats. Mine are still brand-new so have no idea how long the very tiny cutting blades will last, but given how affordable they are I can always just buy another set! Really like the blade covers.
