I do not know how well this scooter works because when it arrived, the battery would not charge. The cord that was provided showed a green light the entire time which means that the scooter should be fully charged, but when I attempted to use the scooter, it had a little to know battery. I am in the process of trying to find someone who can help me fix this scooter, but as of now I cannot write it, and the seller is not helpful at all, but that is a separate review. I will say that this scooter comes with a beautiful grip tape, and I was advised by the seller to remove the grip, tape and unscrew the board and unplugged the battery and re-plug it and it should work. Because this is a brand new scooter and I now question the life of the battery. I was very hesitant to do that and ruined the grip tape.

You need to remove the battery protection in order to charge normally I hope you can give it a try
