Hot and wonderful! If you like hot peppers, these are THE hottest ever - but with a flavor that mesmerizes (besides the "hot" part). I got a tiny few grains on my finger, which I tasted - and woo-hoo! I was sweating! Be careful! Also, there was a tiny tear in one of the bags I received, which puffed a TINY bit of powder in my face and burned my eyes and nose for about 20 minutes, so wear a mask and gloves when you unpack and are working with it. The tear in the bag was there before I opened the box and I used nothing sharp to open it, so please - to the packers - BE CAREFUL AND INSPECT THE BAGS BEFORE YOU PACK THEM! i am still happy with the purchase and service, AND the quality of the powder, so no big deal! It was kind of like a little lesson, so I could learn fast to avoid using too much! REMEMBER TO ONLY USE A VERY TINY BIT AT FIRST, AND WEAR A MASK AND GLOVES or you will be burning for a good half hour!! Mmmmmm, mmmmmmm! I LOVE this hot!!! it actually made my pallete feel like it was vibrating! This hot is like 100 levels above atomic hot!!! 100 alarm firehouse chile getting cooked NOW! Lol, LOVE IT!
