Changed formula, not as moisturizing!

Its not just a new look and scent, they took out some of the moisture too. I can tell how it feels. These companies are always changing things for the worse. They take out ingredients or make products smaller, then the consumers have to pay more for less. Sickening!

New formula is no good at all

The new formula does not lather well and the smell is not the same as the old one. My whole family love the old formula and do not care for the new formula. If caress wants to try new scent they should have at least keep the original since many of us have been using the original for years and loving it. This is a very bad move and will most likely lose tons of customers. I will personally not going to buy another pack of the new formula anymore. Please consider bringing back the original formula to save your company's reputation.
