I was skeptical at first

I was skeptical at first - I'm a pasta addict from way back. The noodles took a few minutes longer to cook than stated on the package. However, once drained they were cooked to perfection. They don't taste any different than regular pasta and the texture is the same. I enjoyed them and recommend them to anyone wanting to eat healthier.
