Best tights under $20. I think Capezio took the hosiery by storm when they came out with the Tactile Nylon ultra soft tights. These tights have all the attributes of a really good pair of tights. They are soft, supportive, high waisted, excellent recovery, very comfortable, and stimulating. If you like wearing tights, these are a must have. Solid 5 stars.
