These are definitely the best GF bagels out there. Hands down. Unfortunately it's just a bit hit and miss in terms of dryness and texture. Some bags will be perfect and moist. Others are like the bagels were cooked too long and are quite dry and crumbly. I'm not sure if that's a packaging issue or a production issue. Fresher bags are usually better, but still a bit hit%26miss. Absolutely worth trying if you're looking for a good GF bagel staple!
