Believe it or not, this gravy is one of the few that doesn't contain the corpses of dead sentient beings. That's right, according to the ingredient list, this gravy is good enough for a vegetarian. Biscuits and gravy... Veggie burgers, mashed, and gravy... It's even great for Swedish (veggie) meatballs and gravy! I always keep a few extra cans on hand. Good stuff!

The flavor of the Mushroom Gravy is really good! I admit to being surprised. I bought one can to test it, then bought six more to use as gravy and to cook with. For those interested, it's also recommended by PETA as being “accidentally vegan.”
