YOU WILL NEED 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 1/4 lb. skinless boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut in 1” pieces, 3 cups cut-up fresh vegetables (sliced onion, bell pepper strips and snap peas), 1 pouch Campbell’s® Spicy Thai Curry Sauce. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Cook rice. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp. oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken. 2. Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add vegetables and cook for 5 min. or until tender-crisp. 3. Return chicken to skillet. Add sauce and heat to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and cook for 5 min. or until done. Serve with rice.

Surprisingly Good Easy Dinner
My family loved this Thai Curry Chicken Skillet Sauce- It has a little heat to it and with a little help it made a great, easy dinner! I thinly sliced semi-frozen boneless chicken breast into julienne strips, lightly browned them, added the sauce, and after it warmed I added some frozen French style green beans and a little chicken stock I had to thin it out a little bit. Served it over rice and it was surprisingly good!

Who knew Campbell's offered this? Based on other reviewers, I took a chance and it was delicious. Of course, it's not restaurant curry but this is so convenient and makes a great portion (enough for leftovers, if you cook for 2). Curry is flavorful, not too spicy, very rich and creamy. Maybe, a bit too thick but overall , it's great for a packet sauce.
