Great unit, being used on my media cart under TV.

Many features in this unit! Comes with both silver and bronze frames. Backlight feature with 4 different colors, and comes with both crystals, and traditional log. I don't think these were mentioned in the description. Totally mesmerized with this unit, and am very pleased with my purchase. Heat function is quiet, but bought it mainly for the ambiance. Bought the extended 3 year warranty just in case I need it, but seems like a well made unit with more options and color choices than I expected.

Fireplace arrived missing 4mm x 8mm screws

Fireplace arrived missing 4mm x 8mm screws. I contacted the warranty number and had to open a case for 6 tiny screws after I spent time putting this item together. The person on the phone told me I could return it back to Walmart. I would prefer to have the missing screws.
