Great umbrella; bad Hayneedle processes.

Umbrella is great. Olefin fabric doesn't fade like Sunbrella However, never got an order confirmation, never got a shipment notification, Hayneedle rep gave me their order number but told me it was PayPay number, etc. Customer Service was totally confused. I did receive the umbrella.

great umbrella!

Just received this a few days ago. Great looking/sturdy feeling patio umbrella. Gorgeous deep blue color (pacific blue). Looks great on my back deck with some of my dark blue zero gravity Bliss lounge chairs.. great size too for my space (deck is approx 10 ft x 15 ft). It will be free standing so i have it in a 100 pound base.
