no crank

At this price level I was expecting a hand crank. In the description it does say "pulley system" and the photo clearly shows no crank so this is my "fault" but if you buy this umbrella that is pretty, has nice thick Sunbrella fabric and is three tiered just be aware that there is no crank system to raise and lower the umbrella and that it might be a little more difficult to put up and take down during windy times.
